Tamara Stangeby is the founding owner and operator of Sterling Estate Services & Auctions. As a Personal Property Appraiser, Tamara is exceptionally qualified to provide estate assessments and to assist with resale, downsizing, and liquidation needs.

Tamara holds a fine arts degree and has worked in the capacity of an associate, manager, specialist and appraiser for a number of venues, including a local auction house, an estate sale and on-line auction company, and for fellow appraisers. Her appraisal and consultation experience covers a wide range, including art and antiques as well as collectibles and general household items. 

 

Tamara’s extensive experience in all aspects of the resale industry has provided the opportunity to witness changing trends in what people are currently interested in buying and collecting. Technological advances have expanded opportunities for resale, but expertise in placing items in the right venues is required in order to generate the best resale outcomes.
